Pleased to offer this near mint 1963 Gibson Byrdland for sale. This is a one owner guitar, bought new in 1963 and never gigged and only played at home for family (fast tempo Italian standards I’m told). This guitar was well taken care of but due to this passing of the owner in 1977, it has been in the closet since then.
Only 102 Sunburst Byrdlands were shipped by Gibson in 1963. This guitar is all original, Patent number (PAF), pots, just a pickguard replacement when it got gaseous as they do (original included).
The premier electric arch top guitar with Florentine single cut, beautiful sunburst and gold hardware.
