Pleased to offer this beautiful Pre-War 1939 Martin 000-28. It has quite a history and the most recent owner bought it in 1962 in Tallahassee, Florida from Florida folk legendary guitarist and storyteller Gamble Rogers. 

The tone on this old Martin is just wonderful. She’s had some help from a few Luthiers over the years and from the Martin factory.

It appears to have had some top sanding around the pickguard from a heavy touch player and refinished on the top. The guitar is so old that its darker finish is not obvious refinishing. The tuners have been changed but are quite old replacements.
