1955 Gibson Les Paul Custom
$50,000.00

Pleased to offer this original early 1955 Gibson Les Paul Custom. Gibson only made 355 of these in 1955 and this is one of those great guitars. First of the Les Paul Customs, when came with speed (Barrel) knobs.

The Alnico β€œstaple” pickup in the neck along with the P-90 in the bridge make it a brilliant yet rich tone. All original but has been refretted for playability. Some but not much wear on the original gold tailpiece.

These first of the Les Paul Customs are an experience to play and were a major milestone in the Les Paul guitars. This one plays and sounds great and has appreciated every year I’ve had it. Rare original and sounds and plays amazing.

1965 Gibson Non-Reverse Firebird III
$6,500.00

Pleased to offer this 1965 Gibson Non-Reverse Firebird III for sale. One owner, got it when she was 13 and played for 10 years then life moved on and it sat in the closet.

All original, frets, pickups, pots, pickguard, hardware (missing maestro arm) and original unique case.

The pickups are fantastic with the neck p90 sound having a big bass fullness and strong (readings in the pics). Three P-90s on a Firebird is something special, as Firebirds used the Gibson Firebird pickup, similar to their mini-humbucker.

Call πŸ“ž Rick for more details at 407-801-1925 or just purchase online.

1962 Gibson Les Paul
$9,449.00

Pleased to offer this 1962 Gibson Les Paul (SG). This wonderful player’s grade β€˜62 LPSG has had some knocks but some recent refreshing has yielded a β€˜62 Les with new life and a great player.

Just refretted and with a new Gibson aged  β€œvintage” sideway vibrola tailpiece, this old Gibson is feeling good on the fretboard but now with improved intonation with the updated tailpiece.

The electronics (pots, wiring, switch, jack) are original. A modern β€˜57 Classic bridge pickup but in the neck is the original Patent number sticker PAF.

The neck thin taper with a wide nut but has had a headstock repair. It also appears to have a very thin heel repair and there is overspray over both areas. These appear to be very old and stable repairs.

Priced as a quality player’s grade 1962 Les Paul that has an amazing sound and feel…and it looks pretty cool too. Included original yellow lined case.

1974 Gibson EDS-1275
$12,500.00

Pleased to offer this original 1974 Gibson EDS-1275. On the heels of the overwhelming success of the song β€œStairway to Heaven” Gibson reintroduced the β€œDouble Neck” 12/6 string and this is an early one.

This guitar has only been played in the recording studio and home. With the exception of the silver plastic missing on one tuning button on the 12 string tuners and the Grovers on the 6 string, this Gibson is original. Plays and sounds great, set up and ready to rock.

Everyone needs their β€œStairway” guitar so I may as well be an early β€˜74. Includes OHSC.

1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe
$2,600.00

Pleased to offer this 1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in original Cherry Sunburst finish. What a great looking top on this Les Paul.

Original mini Humbuckers, replaced tuners and 5 micro switches, all disconnected and pots replaced with 2022 pots.

Les Paul Deluxes seem to have been the target of modifications, usually by routing for and installing full humbuckers. Also popular were the micro switch mods like on this one, usually a coil split, out of phase, volume boost and others.

At the end of the day, a great Les Paul  body, neck and finish with original mini Humbuckers makes a great guitar. Affordable vintage and plays and sounds great. Comes with original hard shell case.

Call πŸ“ž Rick at 407-801-1925 for details to make this your β€˜73 Les Paul.

1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom
Sale Price: $3,800.00 Original Price: $4,220.00

Here’s one that’s been a trusted friend to a veteran rocker, a sweet cherry sunburst 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom. With some of the last T-top Pat number stamped humbuckers dated September 7 and 11, 1978, this guitar is a rock machine.

Besides the switch tip and a refret it is all original and the pots date to late Summer 1978. Nothing beats a solid great sounding Les Paul and this has more than proven her worth over the years. Now it’s someone else’s turn…birth year guitar perhaps?

Nut width, neck depth, weight are in the photos, Ebony fretboard is in just amazing condition. Just the right amount of wear on the factory gold hardware. Very comfortable neck.

Don’t sleep on this gem, includes HSC.

1965 Gibson ES-120T
$1,888.10

Pleased to offer this one owner 1965 Gibson ES-120T. With a thinline body and sunburst finish, this guitar is a bit of a sleeper.

The most interesting feature is the electronics cover is mounted on top of the body, so easy access to the pots. The pickup is the single coil like that used on Melody Makers of the same era.

It has been set up with flat wound strings and is ready to play. A great original vintage Gibson electric guitar from the mid 1960s. Includes case.

1964-65 Gibson SG Custom
Sale Price: $19,790.00 Original Price: $21,500.00

Pleased to offer this one owner 1964 Gibson SG Custom bought right here in Orlando, Florida in 1965. These early SG Customs were made in few numbers and the ones in excellent condition have become rare and hard to find. This is a great original example of the early SG Customs of the 1960s. Pots date to 14th week of 1965 but serial number points to 1964; a late β€˜64 build waiting on pots is my bet.

Everything is original on this one owner SG. About 15 years ago, the neck pocket was loosening so it was taken to a Luthier who inserted glue into the neck pocket and clamped the neck. I personally spoke with the Luthier, located in Georgia, and he told me that the neck pocket glue must have dried up or the factory may have applied too little glue. He assured me the neck was never off the guitar, there was no break or repair other than merely adding glue and clamping to tighten the neck as intended.

The Luthier did not match the glue color around the neck joint but he came close. After consulting a Luthier and refin painter I work with who said to match it would require spraying the entire neck; to me that was unacceptable to its vintage originality and not worth it.

The original finish is in excellent condition, some nice patina on the Maestro tailpiece. Original knobs, frets, pots and patent number pickups. Apparently the Gibson factory never hooked the middle pickup to the switch; therefore, it’s never been played! We are leaving as-is to preserve originality.

This guitar is one of those special ones that most of us want somewhere in our collections. The patent number pre-t top pickups sound impressive; powerful yet with headroom.

1983 Gibson Les Paul Studio Custom
$2,400.00

Only made between 1982 and 1984, these are the early Les Paul Studio models made by Gibson. With a thinner body and the Kahler fine tuning locking nut tailpiece made for Gibson, they made a Studio Standard and this rare Studio Custom.

These are incredible to play and very comfortable but not chambered. All original including Shaw PAF pickups give it wide range of tone with a crunch that won’t quit. Includes original chainsaw case.

1986 Gibson Les Paul Custom - Lefty
$3,800.00

Good left handed Les Pauls are not easy to come by and this is a nice one in excellent condition. A beautiful ebony black beauty from 1986, the beginning of the new post-Norlin Gibson.

With original electronics and a Floyd Rose type locking nut tremolo bridge with whammy bar, this is a smooth playing rocker. I believe these are Kahler made for Gibson in the EVH era. Includes original chainsaw case.
