It all started when…
Leo Fender used to bring his invention that would later be named the Telecaster, to Western swing bands and ask the guitarists to play them and give him feedback. He made adjustments, narrowly missed being partners with Les Paul and in 1950 the “Broadcaster” was manufactured and renamed the Telecaster. This was the first mass produced Fender electric guitar.
I’ve always believed that from 1950 to 1965, Fender got it right from the very beginning and since 1970, has been trying to recapture that magic of the early Fender electric guitars. We try to have a variety of vintage Fenders and some modern models.
Here are Fender electrics (Vintage & Modern) we currently have availble for sale at Winter Park Vintage Guitars.

Pleased to offer this original 1955 Fender Stratocaster for sale. All original except Bakelite knobs, switch tip and covers have been replaced with 1957 plastic Fender parts. (Originals included)
This is a special guitar with an amazing sound, feel and look; a true icon. By 1955, refinements had brought the Stratocaster along quickly making these ‘55s some of the best players and improved from its introduction in 1954. .
This example has just the right amount of natural wear on the body and neck. The pickups are perfect and the neck is a rounded C. This guitar has it.
This a true icon and for many, their Dream Guitar. Call 📞 407-801-1925 and ask Rick for the details and make this ‘55 yours. Includes original case
Pleased to offer this original one owner 1965 Fender Stratocaster. This is a special one of many ‘60s Strats I’ve handled, with amazing sounding pickups and a very deep rich orange sunburst.
Small headstock, white guard, no issues and just refretted with matching size vintage Fender fret size. Now it really plays and sounds and feels incredible.
The original logo was missing a middle section so the logo is replaced with a period correct logo, otherwise original. Perfect amount of nicks and natural aging a great feeling neck. A true vintage gem. Comes with original case.

Pleased to offer this first year Fender Stratocaster from 1954. This is Stratocaster 433 made with a ‘59 neck and ‘54 body (refinished). According to Gruhn’s, the loaded guard (reissue) and the electronics appear to be from the late 1950s or early 1960. The neck is a rounded C and has been refretted and is in great playing shape. Not a museum piece but a beautiful and great playing first year modified Strat at a fair price in light of the changes. Includes a 1960s Fender case.
Pleased to offer this unique 1962/1965 Fender Stratocaster L-plate. Small headstock, transition logo, 3-way selector, gray bottom pickups and just a fantastic September ‘65 neck and electronics.
The RR stamped on the body under the pickguard and markings on the body show it as a 1962 body yet, with the very unique mustard tint finish only seen in 1965 and ‘65 neck and electronics. This has led me to the conclusion this was a 1962 Stratocaster sent back to Fender factory for a “Refresh and Refinish.”
It was common for Fender owners to send their old guitar to Fender for a refresh. In fact Fender encouraged it to stay up to date! Often, as with this guitar, Fender threw away the ‘62 neck and loaded pickguard, refinished it in early ‘65 with that ‘65 tint finish, then put a ‘65 neck and loaded pickguard on it. That unique tint was only seen in early to mid 1965.
Just a quality 1962/1965 Strat from the pre-CBS and early CBS transition that has it all and sounds incredible. Includes original black/orange no logo case.
