1967 Rickenbacker FireGlo 365

1967 Rickenbacker FireGlo 365 - SOLD

*SOLD* In 1967 the Summer of Love was in full swing and The Beatles had just released “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Rickenbacker guitars were never cooler and this 365 built in August of 1967 is a fitting testament to the era. The Rickenbacker set the standard for the British Invasion of the 1960s and playing this one was like transporting back in time.

In excellent condition, this 6 string Rickenbacker has the coveted “toaster” pickups, believed to have more clarity but one thing is for sure, they look really cool. Isn’t that enough? They sound great!

Purchased as a one owner guitar from Norman’s Rare Guitars, it’s in excellent condition with a rich sunburst and beautifully aged fret markers. The vibrato tailpiece is original and fully functional with no issues, as is everything on this Rickenbacker 365.

As you can see, there is minimal playing wear and the prior owner only used it in his studio. Sooner or later, every guitarist should have the jingle-jangle Rickenbacker sound in their collection.

Another groovy feature of this Rickenbacker 365 is the stereo output. If you’ve never run stereo into different sounding amps, you’ve got to experience it. It can sound like two guitar players if you work it and it is amazingly fun.

So take trip into 1967 and get a very affordable and fun vintage guitar.
